Mabul
It's lovely to be in Malaysia. The scenery is stunning, beautiful shallow seas with a skyline willed with lush mountains and big heavy clouds hanging above them. We are staying on the island of Mabul. It's small I believe you can walk around it in and hour. We have a nice chalet facing the beach and a pool too. We are facing an old oil rig that has been converted into a divinghotel/centre. It's called sea ventures if you want to look it up. I have to say that I am very happy to be sat on a sandy beach rather than an old oil rig. None the less it is a great idea.

There are some resorts that are huts built on stilts. They look very pretty.
We did 2 superb dives today. Our main find was lots of Frogfish. From baby clown frog fish to 10" large, green, black, grey and then yellow ones. They are really cool. I think we will see lots of interesting fish over here. We also saw a giant grouper - he was BIG! and very cool.

We also have WiFi in our chalet which is cool.
Fingers crossed the weather will be kind to us. We hear lots about snow back home! Have fun making snow men.
